How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking link on your email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime at:

Depending on your location, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 9 business days.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
At Kanak Mahel, we take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order. We currently offer refunds only (no exchanges) under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged,
- A different item was sent by mistake, or
- The quality does not match what was shown or described.
To be eligible for a refund, you must share unboxing proof (a clear video recorded while opening the package). Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, you can simply place a new order.
