Shipping & Address Policy

We deliver to all postal addresses across India. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please make sure to provide a complete street address with a valid PIN code when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details.

Delivery to Institutions (Colleges/Schools/Hostels)

Deliveries to colleges, schools, or hostels are done at the customer’s risk. If the package is refused or not accepted by the institution’s authorities (such as a warden), we will not issue any refund or credit under any circumstances.

If you would like delivery to take place on a specific date (such as for a gift), please mention the preferred delivery date in the gift message box at checkout. If no delivery date is specified, we will dispatch and deliver the order at the earliest opportunity.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address before placing your order. Some courier companies may charge penalties for incorrect or mismatched address and PIN code combinations. In such cases:

• Any penalties or additional fees will be borne by the customer.

• If a reshipment is required due to address issues, the customer must pay the re-shipping charges.

• If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a lost or undelivered package, we will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

The dispatch timelines mentioned on our product pages are approximate and indicative. While we strive to dispatch most orders within 1 to 4 business days, and deliver them within 7 to 10 days after dispatch, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Please note:

• No refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be processed due to delays in dispatch or delivery.

• Delivery time may vary depending on the destination PIN code. Some locations may experience longer delivery times than usual.
