Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • You must also share a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel showing the condition of the product as received

Returns must be initiated through our website only. Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address—no need to ship it yourself.

Items sent back without initiating a return through the website will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please record a video while unboxing your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The unboxing video is mandatory for any claim of damage or defect.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom products (like personalized items)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have via the website. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
